• Donations will be utilized to support the objectives of Spandan Trust, including but not limited to healthcare camps, awareness programs, patient support, etc.
• The organization reserves the right to allocate donations to different projects as per priority and need.

4. Payment Processing

• Donations may be made through credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other secure payment gateways.
• You agree to provide accurate information while making a donation.
• Spandan Trust is not responsible for any transaction failure due to technical issues beyond our control.

5. Tax Benefits (if applicable)

• Eligible donations may qualify for tax exemption under Income Tax Act Section 80G or applicable law.
• Donors will receive a donation receipt via email (as requested).
